Disneyland

Since beach Fridays are no longer an option because school is back in session, mommy got a pass to Disneyland for her birthday (Thanks Nana & Papa). After dropping CJ off at school mommy and Justin headed down to Disneyland for the morning. We went with our friend's Cori & Morgan. CJ and mommy used to go to Disneyland before Justin and we figured it's only fair that Justin now gets to go. We promised CJ we would bring him back a treat! Some other friends met us there and the kids had a fun time. We amazingly did a lot of rides in the short amount of time we were there. The boys decided they had to do Buzz Lightyear First, so we headed over there. Then we hit up Star Tours and the RocketRide. We got to watch a Character parade in front of Cinderella's Castle. The boys were tall enough for Big Thunder Mountain, so we thought we'd hit that one up. Morgan didn't like it at all, Justin said he liked it but didn't want to go on it again. Pooh's ride was a big hit, so much so that we had to do it two times!! Splash Mountain had no line so we were going to attempt it, but thought we may have traumatized them to much so we let that one pass. We did a quick stop on Pirates of the Caribbean and bought treats on the way out. We made it back in time to pick up CJ and Cori's middle son Carson. Then we ended the day up with a quick swim at Cori's friends Jennifer. (Thanks Jenn!) Justin was brave there and jumped off the diving board for the first time! Way to go buddy!! CJ was trying to surf, bu jumping off the diving board onto the boogie board. That was quickly squashed... What a fun busy day we had. We are all looking forward to going back to Disneyland soon, maybe we'll talk Daddy into getting himself a pass and head down for some Friday night FUN!!

Justin & Morgan were actually dancing down Main Street, it was too cute!!

Justin's 1st Day of Pre-K

So today was Justin's first day of Pre-K and mommy took the morning off to take him to school like she did for CJ. NOT GOOD... Justin was used to mommy's friend Jessica or the babysitter Pam taking him. He had never had Mommy drop him off. He did great on the way there, then he started saying that is tummy was hurting him and he wanted to go back to his old class. As he got to his school he started walking very slowly and started clinging to mommy. He wouldn't let go of her. The teacher came and got him and literally had to pry his hands off of mommy's leg. It broke her heart... She had to hide behind some of the parents so he wouldn't see her. He made it in to his classroom, but his cries could still be heard. Mommy's friend Cori called her a little while later and told her he had finally stopped crying. That made her feel a little better. The next day his babysitter dropped him off and he did exceptional...

He did ask today if he had to go back to school. Yes Justin, for a very long, long time.
